We accept returns and issue refunds in the following cases:

• You received the wrong item

• The product was damaged during shipping

• The item was expired or spoiled upon arrival

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Opened or used items

• Change of mind or taste preference

• Orders with incorrect delivery address due to customer error
